TV problems?

I have verizon for my TV. When I use my remote to go on my favorites and scroll down it takes a while sometimes. I also press STB to turn off my box and TV but sometimes it just turns off the box and not the TV. How can I make the remote respond faster to the TV and make the box turn off the same time as the TV.

You may be TOO close to the TV and the box....or the box and TV are separated too far from each other....





If you have had the Remote for over a year, the batteries could be worn out....replace with a fresh new set of alkaline batteries...replace them if they are the original batteries too....They don't give you the "world's best batteries" when they are included with ANY REMOTE.....





Give yourself an 8 to 12 foot distance between you and the TV/Verizon box.....further is better, but don't go next doors and expect the TV/box to respond either, ok?





LASTLY, you can unplug the Verizon Box for 5 minutes to reset the computer....maybe that will help your favorites list to respond quicker.....
