Best tv tuner for my hp dv6000z laptop?

I'm looking for a tv tuner for my laptop, i want to be able to watch and record tv with quality picture, but it doesn't have to be perfect. I want to be able to watch tv from my Direct TV satellite receiver on my computer. Would the HP internal card be good enough:

If you are going be using your Direct TV satellite receiver then you would be better off using a video capture card or USB equivalent. You won't need a tuner if you use the video and audio outputs of the receiver.
