Mitsubishi Tv dont know whats wrong with it , can some one help?

The tv is a Mitsubishi tv Model Cs-35201a 42inch the problem is that the tv cuts off from the top and bottem about 2 - 4 inchs i dont know whats wrong with it other then it being cut off nothing els is really wrong with it, not squished of any thing just cut off if you know what could be wrong with it please help,

If it is an HD tv I'd mess with the format button on the remote but if it is not I'd get a new tv
