Video from Desktop to TV?

I want to watch internet TV from my Toshiba Desktop to my LCD tv. My Panasonic TV supports only NTSC. Can any one guide me , how to watch my desktop TV on LCD screen?. I have S-video cable. My internet TV provider says, FN+F8 will display in screen. But it works only for laptops. Is there any alternative to work the same procedure for my Desktop also?.

Video from Desktop to TV?
If you haven't already, hook up your computer to your TV via the S-Video cable. I'm not sure what the FN+F8 stuff is all about but I have a TV hooked up to my desktop along with my LCD monitor. I have them running in DuelView mode so i can take Window Media Player and drag it from my LCD to my TV and maximize it to fit inside my TVs' screen. I don't know anything about internet TV but you can try this method and see if it works.
