I am trying to connect my computer to my tv. I bought a VGA to RGB cable, When I connect them, all is green static on my tv. I have a Nvidia 6150 LE graphics card, but in the settings, I can't find an option for TV out.

Your current video output might not support what you are trying to do. Try updating your drivers at Nvidia.com, but I still think you might have to invest in a non-integrated video card with an S-Video connector.
